We are an experiential upskilling community. Working professionals who learn AI by building real tools with it, together. Not lectures, not demos to watch. You leave every monthly gathering with something that works and a clearer sense of what this technology can and cannot do.
The goal is mastery you can use. Understand where AI is strong, where it falls short, and how to push it further. Build a portfolio of experiments you can point to, and walk into any room, at work or in an interview, as the person who knows how to turn AI into real outcomes and can lead the way on it.
This is not about the machinery under the hood, the parameters and model internals. It is about the skill of using AI well to solve the problems in front of you.

Built by the founding cohort
Thomas is one of the club's two co-founders. He has spent the past decade building growth systems that are increasingly AI-native, across healthcare, tech, finance, and B2B, and today serves enterprise clients at Saxum as a Senior Marketing Specialist focused on strategy, measurement, and client impact.
Sam is one of the club's two co-founders. His day job is at Paycom, and he pairs that operational discipline with hands-on AI builds in the club.
